Falcons' Player Recap: Roddy White

Today's Falcons' player recap will be over wide receiver Roddy White. It is also the final day covering wide receivers/tight ends.
White is an eight-year veteran out of the University of Alabama-Birmingham. White's first two seasons with the Falcons were rough, but ever since then, he has been their number one receiver. In 2012, he was once again the team leader in most receiving categories. He finished the year with 92 receptions for 1,351 yards and seven touchdowns. It was the sixth straight year for White with over 1,000 yards receiving.
White is a vital piece to the Falcons' offense, not only by his play on the field, but as a mentor to younger receivers like Julio Jones. He will definitely be back next season as the leader of a fearsome receiving group in Atlanta.
