Falcons' Player Recap: Dominique Franks

Today's Falcons' player recap will cover corner back Dominique Franks.
Franks is a third-year player out of Oklahoma. He has been with the Falcons his whole career, but he was lucky this past season. He was released at the end of training camp, but due to an injury, the Falcons brought him back just a few days later. He didn't play much on defense this season, but he got a shot at punt returning and he didn't do so well there either, mainly calling fair catches. He finished the season with fourteen tackles.
Franks could be with the Falcons again next season, but he will have to earn a roster spot. With the recent departure of Dunta Robinson, his chances increase, but he will have to play a lot better in camp than he did in 2012.
