Falcons' Player Recap: Matt Bryant

The next Falcons' player recap will be over kicker Matt Bryant.
Bryant is a twelve-year veteran out of Baylor. He has played for the New York Giants, the Indianapolis Colts, the Miami Dolphins and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before coming to Atlanta in 2009 to replace Jason Elam. His past three years in Atlanta have been the most productive years of his career. He attempted a career-high tying 38 field goals last year and made a career-high 33 of those attempts. That includes him being a perfect four of four from beyond the 50 yard line, his season long was 55 yards. He also made 44 extra point attempts, one off his career-high in a season.
Bryant will again be around for the Falcons next season. He will continue to be their kicker until he starts to falter or he starts getting too old. Don't expect that to happen for another few years though, as he seems to have gotten better as he gets older.
