Falcons' Player Recap: Robert McClain

Today's Falcons' player recap will be over corner back Robert McClain.
McClain is a three-year pro out of Connecticut. He was originally drafted by the Carolina Panthers but didn't play much with them over two years. Last year, the Falcons took a chance on him and he proved to be a good signing. He set a career-high with 61 tackles and had his first career interception.
McClain will most likely be around next season and he will have a chance to become one of the starting corner backs with Dunta Robinson gone and if Christopher Owens and Brent Grimes both leave during free agency. At the least, he will play in the same role as he did this past season and be one of the top backups to the starting corner backs.
