Hawks Moves

The Atlanta Hawks have made a few moves over the last few days, here is a look at them.
First they signed a big-man from overseas, Pero Antic, who has been playing since 1999. Last year in Greece, he averaged 6.2 points and 3.3 rebounds per game and he appeared in 30 games. Also, the Hawks picked up Gustavo Ayon off waivers from the Milwaukee Bucks. Ayon averaged 3.7 points and 3.6 rebounds in 55 games with the Orlando Magic and the Bucks last season. Also, to make room for the signing of DeMarre Carroll, the Hawks announced that they waived DeShawn Stevenson from the team. Stevenson appeared in 56 games last year for the Hawks and averaged 5.1 points and 2.2 rebounds.

The Hawks signed big man Pero Antic from Greece and they hope he can bring some energy and hard-nosed play under the basket.
